All products and shipping related concerns will be entertained within 48 hours of delivery only. If 48 hours have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a exchange.
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase
- We offer 15 days hassle-free Exchange from the Date of Delivery.
- Exchange of product is subject to availability of required size.
- It takes 3-4 days for the reverse pick up subject to availability of reverse pickup services in the given PIN Code. It takes 7-8 days for the product to reach our warehouse post which it undergoes Quality Check (QC). Once it passes QC the Exchange will be initiated.
- The exchange article should be in its original packaging and box as received along with all the trims & accessories (back support, clips, tags, laces, etc.) with the original invoice.
- Worn or damaged products or wrong product(Product not belongs to PUDIVA BIG SIZES MEN’S & LADIES will not be accepted and exchange will not be processed.
- All exchanges, regardless of the number of times, will attract charges for shipping costs on both sides.
- Exchange are not applicable for few products like BOXER SHORTS, BELTS & ANY ACCESSORIES once delivered.

- If exchanged for a lower-priced product, the balance amount, if any, will be refunded as a wallet credit after the exchange process is completed. This wallet credit can only be used for the purchase of new products.
- Reverse Pick up: In most locations, we offer a reverse pickup service.
Self-Ship: If the reverse pickup is not available in your location you will have to send the shipment back to our brand address. provided the product meets the exchange policy, and you have to share a scan copy of the courier or postal receipt with us. - Shipping charges are non-refundable, and the amount will depend on the shipping method and destination.
GENERAL SHIPPING RULES
1. All order placed post 6:00 pm shall be processed on the next day and delivered to you as per given timelines.
2. Any order placed/booked on late weekend i.e. on Saturday post 6:00 pm will be automatically processed for dispatch on Monday or on next working day evening. There is no courier service or pickups on Sunday or an any government holiday.
3. Orders booked during any festival months, might be delayed in dispatch/delivery in comparison to its normal delivery timelines due to several reasons like, shortage of stock, overloaded shipments for delivery.
4. Shipping details while booking should be correct and any delay in delivery due to wrong details will be the sole responsibility of the customer only.

OTHER IMPORTANT POINTS
1. In case where billing address and shipping address is different all necessary information such as address, nearby location, contact person name and contact number should be provided for smooth delivery process

Custom on duty or inspection charges: In any custom duty or inspection charges incurred on the shipment by custom office or border security officer of the destination country, those charges need to be paid by the customer, Pudiva Big Sizes Men’s & Ladies is not liable to pay any charges. If the products are damaged or lost in this inspection process, no refund or replacement would be given by Pudiva Big Sizes Men’s & Ladies.
Cancellation by Site / Customer
You as a customer can cancel your order anytime up to the cut-off time of the slot i.e before the product gets dispatched for which you have placed an order by calling our customer service or directly on the website. If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the website, we at our sole discretion could cancel such orders. We will maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and would deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them.
